This Privacy Policy explains how Forty & Forward collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you visit our website, register for our resources, join our community, purchase a programme or otherwise interact with us.

Forty & Forward is an online holistic wellness education business supporting women aged 40 and over. It was co-created by Jasna Kosovac, Michelle Lipscomb and Dr Slavica Praporski.

We provide educational resources, the free 6-Day Midlife Reset, the Forty & Forward Sisterhood online community, paid wellness programmes, digital resources and live online Q&A and Support Sessions.

Our content and services provide general wellness education and support. They do not replace personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf to deliver their services.

Payments for Forty & Forward programmes and digital resources are processed securely by a third-party payment provider integrated with the Ivory platform.

Forty & Forward does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

12. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to:

  • service providers working on our behalf;

  • professional advisers, such as legal or accounting advisers;

  • government authorities or law-enforcement agencies when required by law;
